Nominated Exchange and Fee-paying students shall submit their online application by selecting summerNTU (exchange) or summerNTU (Fee paying) respectively under the student category in the application portal.

It will take an approximate 20 minutes to complete the online application. Please have the following supporting documents ready before applying
- Latest official transcript in English (signed by the Registrar and should include the university's seal), reflecting all courses taken in PDF format (<600kb)
- Your photograph must meet NTU’s requirements (see details below). Failure to meet these requirements can delay your application or result in its rejection
- A clear, coloured passport-sized photo in JPEG format (<60kb; 400(W) x 514(H) pixels). The photography should be taken against a plain white background.
- The photo is sharp and clear, with dimensions 400 by 514 pixels without border, and taken within the last 3 months.
- The subject is framed full face, front view with eyes open, with facial features clearly evident in the photo.
- The photo presents the full head from top of hair to bottom of chin and center the head within the frame.
- Your photo must not be altered or enhanced in any way. This includes the modification of facial features and/or the usage of photo editing software.
- Headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial custom is acceptable as long as it does not hide the facial features.

3. A clear scanned coloured copy of passport information page (valid for at least 6 months from the commencement of your exchange at NTU) in JPEG
format (<200kb)
4. A medical memo or document to verify your medical condition (if any)
5. Proof of English language proficiency is required if the medium of instruction is not English in your home university
